Hello, everyone! My name is Preety, at 64 I decided to follow my passion and embarked on an incredible journey of entrepreneurship. I come from Rajasthan, a land known for its vibrant colors, rich culture, and deep-rooted traditions. Life has blessed me with the opportunity to travel the world, and I have spent many years in the Middle East, a region that, much like my own, places great emphasis on hospitality and generosity—especially when it comes to food. These experiences have shaped my perspective, blending diverse cultural influences into my journey, and fuelling my passion for creating something meaningful at this stage in life.

Our journey begins with a carefully curated selection of two beloved recipes—each rich in tradition and flavor. First, the timeless Rajasthani Chili Pickle, a treasured recipe passed down through generations and cherished in households across India. Second, a versatile Hot Chili Garlic Sauce, an all-time favorite in the Middle East as well as Rajasthan with some variance, known for its bold, aromatic flavors. Both of these recipes reflect the essence of the regions they originate from, bringing together the warmth of tradition and the excitement of bold, spicy flavors.

I dared to take this step late in my life with huge encouragement from my family and friends who have always loved these recipes and I’m confident you will love them just as much.
